Oct 21 Planning Board Meeting Traffic Study Deferred Until November 18

On October 21, 2020, the Hudson Planning Board held a hearing about the proposed Hudson Logistics Center. If you didn't see it, you can watch it online.

At this meeting, Hillwood was supposed to share their Traffic Impact study followed by a feedback by the peer reviewer, and comments from SaveHudsonNH's lawyer Amy Manzelli and public comment. At the meeting were representatives from Hillwood, Amazon, and surrounding towns.

This meeting ended up being deferred until November 18th, as the planning board needed to sort out whether a planning board member should be removed or not.  Prior to this meeting, attorney Amy Manzelli presented the board with a letter outlining how the traffic plans do not meet the needs of the area and therefore the plans need to be denied. She also supplied a third-party study review of those plans.  To read her letter please click here and to see the study, click here.
