The Proposed Hudson Logistics Center

The Green Meadow Golf Club situated along the Merrimack River in Hudson, NH has been identified as the location for the proposed Hudson Logistics Center. Hillwood, a development company based in Texas, is planning to build three flow through distribution centers home to Amazon.

The three proposed buildings will have a combined footprint of 2.5 million square feet, or approximately two and a half Pheasant Lane Malls. The building plans call for 363 loading docks, approximately 840 trailer parking stalls, and 1,840 parking spaces for cars.

Hillwood is anticipating a fast track approval. The proposed plan was first publicly presented to the Planning Board on May 27, 2020. Hillwood hoped to break ground on September 1, 2020, however this date has been pushed back to an indefinite date.
